How do you plan on self promoting yourself?

Using a personal website, have a professional Facebook page and the page will link back to the personal web page.

Name three goals you have between now and graduation.

Working on getting an internship in in field of interest

Promoting herself with a personal web page that will display class work

Graduate with a high GPA.

What employment goals do you have after graduation?  Name three of them.

Moving to California for an internship.

Receive and gain experience in her field to get a Permanente.

Achieve professional success by moving up to the highest position.

Name three best case scenario jobs you would like to have and why.

Being able to open own practice with a focus on nutrition.

     Help and promote other growing businesses to get their name out

Work for a blogging company and assist through their blog posts.

Do you prefer to work professionally with a group or on your own and why?

She likes the opportunity to work in both settings. In a group setting it is alwas good to bounce ideas off others. Produce as a team for the company, but she would also like to do the same work alone.

What contributions can you make to a group dynamic?  Name three things.

What are your pet peeves in a work environment?

Having management looking over her shoulder and not being trusted by employer to complete work.

Name three things you feel passionate about professionally - this could be school related, current job related, group or organizationally related - and outline why you feel passionate towards them.

Current work place feels like a family, likes to feel cared for as a person not just as a working body.

Being trusted by the employer, dose not want to be given a task and have constant supervision, she will produce what the company wants back.

Needs to feel comfortable at work, she will not enjoy work and she will not feel productive every day.

How do you handle stress and pressure?

Handles both very well, prefer having stress, it increases her productivity.

Name the last three jobs you had, and the best success and the worst failure you experienced at each of these jobs.

Bartender/Irish Pub, with a large crowed she was able to get all orders out correct and quickly. On her first shift she served wrong drinks to customers

Retail sales/Coach, in first 3 days on the job she was able to reach the sales goal.  Miss read inventory sheets and incorrectly restocked merchandise.

Gymnastics coach, three girls achieved 2^nd place at a state competition.  Once had a girl fall and break her wrist.

How do you handle criticism?

Handles it very well, believes it betters her and helps her learn about herself.

Being on time for class

Handing in papers and projects on time.

Being able to connect with all different type of people, able to make friends with anyone.

Outline three strengths you have in your workplace.

She is able to take lead role in a group situation.

She has ability to take on and complete any task given by management.

How has creating a WikiPage strengthened your communication skills?    Name and elaborate on three things:

The experience taught her to explain her herself in a different way, in a way not normally done.
